Day-to-Day Role:>

  • Compile and analyze information to be used in the preparation of international tax returns
  • Prepare U. S.

    international tax information returns (5471 s)

  • Compile data on intercompany foreign transactions
  • Monitor changes in the business to determine whether transfer pricing changes need to be made
  • Work with outside consultants to review transfer pricing documentation required by jurisdictions in which Dart conducts business
  • Follow changes in international reporting requirements
  • Assist with researching both foreign and domestic issues and tax planning initiatives
  • Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of US GAAP (Industry)
  • Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e. g.

    , formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables)

  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
  • Proven analytical problem solver with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Up to 5% domestic and international travel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver s license and passport
  • Requires a favorable motor vehicle report upon hire

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting
  • Two (2) years of accounting experience
  • CPA candidate, eligible and actively working toward a license
  • SAP experience
  • ProSystems experience
  • Transfer pricing experience
